Newburgh Man Admits To Slashing Another Man, Drug Possession

NEWBURGH, N.Y. – A Newburgh man admitted to slashing another man on during a dispute as well as possession of cocaine with intent to sell, according to the Times Herald-Record.

Carl Mimms, 45, was facing first and second-degree assault charges, but elected to plead guilty to reduced charges. Mimms is facing five years in prison with the deal, the Record said.
